The story of the Girl and Boy (part 3)

The more he chatted with her, the more he finds himself strangely attracted to this special young lady. That comforting sensation was present in every word that was exchanged. The warm fuzzy feelings linger on even after both of them said their goodnights. He believes that she will be someone special in his life and began to tell a close friend of his, about the wonderful euphoric feeling he had never felt before.

Two days later, he decides to look her up at her school. He was so excited that he missed the entrance of the school and had to make a huge detour to return back to the school gate. Finally, he got to look at the girl who made his heart melt instantly.

They began chatting incessantly despite the fact that the girl had a test the following day. Both the girl and boy spoke as if they had been friends all their lives, where infact it was the first time they ever spoke to each other since eight years ago. The girl, being the wittier one, kept him smiling and laughing all the time, and sometimes speechless. When they were talking, the girl suddenly placed her hand on his playfully. It sent this explosive jolt across his body and made his heart skip a beat, leaving an indescribable feeling inside him.

Evening came and it was time for them to part, for the girl still has to revise for her upcoming test the following day. The girl playfully made the boy “beg” her for lead him towards the right direction to drive home. There it began the boy’s daring stunt.

Both the girl and boy drove in their own cars down the expressway, with him hot on her tail. Apparently, the girl had already become such a good driver that she no longer gets overtaken by huge lorries. The boy, being the reckless driver, simply kept tailing her.

It was near the exit the boy was supposed to go, that the girl started to notice that the boy wasn’t exiting. She started to worry and panicked, thinking the boy is going to get lost if he continues following her. But nevertheless, she continued on the journey home, with the boy following closely behind her. At they approached several traffic junctions, she risked getting her license revoked by trying to call his mobile. But being the dimwit he was, the boy’s phone was in his bag and in silent mode.

Unknown to her, the boy had started to come up with his crazy stunt..

He decided not to overtake her despite the strong urge to drive fast.

He decided not to exit the highway to his home.

He decided that he wanted to follow her, all the way to her home, just to wish her goodnight.

She decided to call him the “Crazy P-Plate driver”, after realizing he was ‘stalking’ her.

Back at their homes, the girl begins to wonder what was the motive of the boy. Why didn’t he exit earlier on? Why did he follow her home? She later confronts him over MSN as soon as he logged on, asking that very question over and over again – “Why did you follow me home?”
The boy gleefully kept quiet, telling her to guess if she wants to know. But nothing can escape the intuition of a woman, she screamed “NI AN LIAN WO”. The boy couldn’t deny that and replied yes.

What happened next shook the boy’s world. She replied that she had mutual feelings..The strange feeling of attraction towards each other. The elated pair continued to talk about all that they felt ever since they first spoke to each other on MSN. It was then when the boy decided to tell the girl a secret – a secret which left him speechless, and her hyperventilating.
