Finally done with uploading these photos. Started on 17th Dec and doing it batch by batch.Really tedious. Took a total of 1460 photos over the 8 days in Korea. Made them into collages in the hope of uploading lesser but in the end there's still 142 collages after carefully selecting the more impt ones. And I thought I better start finishing this post if not more outdated entries will start piling up. So there, our recent Korea trip, 28Nov to 5Dec. We started packing only on the morning of departure.

I fell aslp when I was supposed to be packing so dear was the one left packing. Went with 2 luggages but came back with 4. One's even as heavy as me!

 Mum and sis sent us off. Had dinner at 翡翠.

We were quite early so hanged around.

On board Asiana Airlines at 1040pm. Bi Bim Bap for supper.

Arrived at 6 plus am. It's cold.

Our first stop, first activity - Sauna. More of staying ard to take pictures. Locals were slping in there and we made quite alot of noise.

The tour guide taught us to fold the towel. Those typically seen in Korean shows. Only for gals.

Our first meal in seoul. Toast and udon.

Didn't follow the show at all so this place wasn't familiar at all.

Still took lots of pictures anyway.



My favourite! Spicy Rice Cake! Esp when it's steaming hot in this cold cold weather.

Our quite late dinner. Thankfully for Dunkin Donuts and Lotteria cheese sticks earlier.

T.H.E hotel for 2 nights. Provides rental of golf clubs and has a casino.

30th November

Getting ready for the day.

Abalone porridge for breakfast. Super yummy!











Submarine tour. Rare and good experience.






Couldn't resist the nice smelling roast squid they have on board.

Next stop: Tangerine plantation. They have really sweet tangerine which we can pluck and take them back.

Can't seem to remove them with the stem nicely.




Went horse riding!

Super fun!





Teddy Bear Mueseum was interesting.

More lotteria cheesesticks and shake shake fries.

Dinner at Fear factor restaurant. Food raw and ALIVE! The abalone dear ate started moving when he applied wasabi on it!

Checked out the streets near our hotel and the casino since it's our last night there.

1 Dec. My favourite hotel international buffet breakfast.


Leaving Jeju and back to Seoul.

Everland. A themepark that may seem like Disneyland but definitely nowhere near Disneyland.



They have a safari inside. Quite cool.

Look at that rollercoaster track in the background.It's wooden and it's really quite exciting

One night stay at some resort.
2 Dec.
American breakfast provided by the resort.

Shots around the resort.

Cable car up some mountain.


It snowed the day before so there were residual snow on the ground.






Visited some temple.

National Park.


Collecting our skiing attire.

Traditional Korean home. I like. Very cosy. Ski Resort.

Went swimming.

3 Dec.
Hotel Breakfast again. =) In Ski attire.

We can ski! And I think i'm quite talented. Haha I didn't fall!

Skiing is really fun though very tiring.

And it really started snowing!!! REAL SNOW!! Aren't we lucky?


Very atas hotel for the last 2 nights.

Another themepark - Lotte World. Has both indoor and outdoor rides.


The best ride i've ever taken - Gyro Swing. Makes you feel helpless, scared but at the same time shiok.

4 Dec.

Visit the president.

Ginseng chicken soup. Chicken is stuffed with glutinous rice. Comes with mian xian.

Learning how to make Kimchi.
Donning their traditional costume.
Caught their apparently quite famous worldwide Nanta Show. Very entertaining.

The most unsatisfying dinner.

Free and Easy at Dong Dae Mun = shopping! More spicy rice cake to compensate for the unsatisfying dinner. Took a cab back to hotel but the cab brought us to the wrong hotel leaving us stranded, freezing and tired.

My loot that made up the luggage weighing the same as me. Etude House, Skinfood and Faceshop. 150 masks and others.
Last day. 5 Dec. The coldest day ever.
Breakfast was on a ship. Food was great!

Weather was really a little too cold cos of the strong wind.


Last min shopping and it snowed again!!!
And it was time to say goodbye.


On board and it was Bi Bim Bap for me again.

Marks the end of our holiday. Great trip. A very fruitful one.
