Meet my new toy!! Arrived yesterday at my doorstep. Very prompt and efficient 'cousin' I have. Got me 15% discount! Yippee!! Thanks 'cousin'! Been wanting to get my hands on this for a while. Now i'm so broke but happy! Hope I'll blog more often with this new toy. More so now that I have 2 blogs to maintain! =)

Celebrated daddy's birthday at Tables by the bay @Keppel Club where 2 of my cousins are chefs there. So cousin sweetly agreed to whip up something special for the birthday boy, a 5-course dinner not on their menu, his own creation. I think that made daddy really happy. Afterall, his own nephew cooking specially for him. Nice.

The older generation. This year he had his sisters joining us for the celebration. I think that made him doubly happy.
The first dish (top left) was specially prepared by cousin for all of us. It has the WOW effect. Then there was foie gras (top right and bottom left) and truffle mushroom soup (bottom right).
